Welcome Freya to the Skyhaven Team!

I am beyond thrilled to announce that Freya Hughes has joined the team at Skyhaven and will be starting on June 1st! Freya is a skilled Massage Therapist, with an A.A.S Degree in East/ West Therapeutic Bodywork from CenterPoint, one of the top Massage & Shiatsu schools in the Midwest. She also has a B.A. in French Language from the U of MN.

Freya specializes in stress relief relaxation, hot stone massage, cupping, Gua Sha, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Prenatal Techniques. She is currently finishing up training in CranioSacral and Reiki to integrate into session for greater balance and relaxation. She creates a nurturing and judgment-free space so her clients can relax and reconnect with their body’s needs. Over the years, Freya has gained valuable experience at Halo Healing Therapies, treating sports teams at the University of Minnesota, and at Avivage Massage, practicing overall wellness techniques.
